The perfect mix of thriller and horror, with brilliant writing, great acting, and stunning cinematography and lighting. What's so unique and brilliant about this murder mystery is, that it's not about who did it, but rather how? 9/10

A very deep meaning story with symbolism in every interaction. Coming into this film, I thought it was the Japanese version of Seven. But after watching and diving deeper into the meaning, I realized how much deeper it actually is and absolutely sets itself apart. 10/10

Japanese filmmakers know how to build tension well and don't hold back on showing violence and great acting. This one in particular didn't have a huge impact because I've seen plenty of other films within the psychological genre but could still be one of the best in that genre.
