This 1980s horror film tries a Shakespearean style but suffers from unnatural dialogue in its modern setting. It features excessive imagery, amateurish camerawork, & over-the-top characters, with only the neglected little boy feeling believable. Many seem to enjoy the film more for its obscurity than its quality.

High marks for style and performances, mediocre points for story. You could argue that lack of story makes it creepier, and it does, but it definitely lacks in that department as well. Very rewatchable for performances though.
