Wim Wenders’ 40-year-old Masterpiece. A 3-Act character study on Travis, with so much up to the audience’s interpretation. I’ve never seen a movie make you feel so comfortable with a character, just to absolutely destroy them. Pure kino, highly recommend going in blind.

a gorgeous and beyond moving story about humanity and redemption with a flawless lead performance. wim wenders is definitely a visionary for this masterful character study that tells a pained and sprawling story with powerful poignancy and grace. touching

Would have been a love if the acting wasn’t so iffy at times. But man…that was a good movie.
