Boring and dogshit + Shinji is the most annoying main character to ever exist

If it wasn’t for the final three episodes of the show, I would regard it much higher. I liked seeing and hearing about all the secrets and mysteries surrounding Nerv, Rei, The Evangelion and The Angels but they didn’t explore them very much and didn’t explain them very well.
