This is a pretty good movie and I thought it got better as it went on. The beginning was kinda boring though.

Cleverly arranged. Of all the details I find it a little thin and almost funny how it goes south. Don’t know that it needed the narrator.

one of the harder-hitting noirs that i’ve ever seen with an intelligent narrative and very well-realized characters. the final scenes are legendary; probably kubrick’s earliest triumph, and just an excellent film that anyone would enjoy
