The Irishman

Robert De Niro turned this into the best mob biography ever told.

Loyalty can’t exist without betrayal, and Scorsese explores that dichotomy with surprising empathy. Even though The Irishman is extremely long, the way in which it depicts the themes of brotherhood and loyalty is superb. There are 209 minutes and not one of them is wasted.

A really good movie but I couldn’t bare the 3hrs so i had to stop watching and re watch another day to finish. But good story, great characters, and the ending was good but it’s not what I expected.Just wanted a lil more Italian characters lol. All around a well made movie 9.5/10

Long as shiiit! But still a great movie. The length was necessary for the story.

It's crazy how the film is centered on Robert De Niro as "Frank Sheeran," yet Joe Pesci & Al Pacino outshine in their roles. I remember when this originally came out, I saw the runtime and decided to pass on it. BIG mistake! You don't doubt Scorsese, especially when it comes to the gangster genre.
