benedict is such a good actor. great costume design. surprisingly depressing ending

8/10 such an incredible watch. cumberbatch and knightley mesh so well together in this and give amazing performances. i weeped for alan turing but i also rejoiced with them for their victories. a fantastic depiction of turings work that absolutely changed modern technology.

Another biopic that majorly rewrites history. I liked this, the suspense, production, and topics were time-altering. It took me one Google search to realise the majority of this is false and rewritten. I like how the story was put together from past and present, but to tell such an important story that was hidden from the public for decades, and then change it... It's just disappointing. It took the emotional level up then dropped it with distrust.
