What a phenomenal piece by the Philippou brothers! Very unexpected EXTREMELY gory scenes, and they definitely did not use cheap jumpscares to make this piece terrifying. This film was unsettling purely from the acting and very well directed shots. Outstanding cast and directors.

9.2 - I absolutely loved this. It had a surprising amount of weird and funny moments, real creepiness & a tense, adrenaline inducing energy & pace. Plus, it provided one of the most satisfying & smartest (though a bit predictable) endings in recent horror.

Not anything groundbreaking but it did a lot of what other horror movies do shitty, really fucking good. The cinematography and sound design was fucking baller and overall it was just a really good movie. Can’t wait to see what the Philippou brothers do next
