What a phenomenal piece by the Philippou brothers! Very unexpected EXTREMELY gory scenes, and they definitely did not use cheap jumpscares to make this piece terrifying. This film was unsettling purely from the acting and very well directed shots. Outstanding cast and directors.

9.2 - I absolutely loved this. It had a surprising amount of weird and funny moments, real creepiness & a tense, adrenaline inducing energy & pace. Plus, it provided one of the most satisfying & smartest (though a bit predictable) endings in recent horror.

This movie takes a bit to really get going. But when it does, it runs. I watch a lot of horror and there were some scenes that I was definitely feeling it and that doesn’t happen to often. They tied everything in together so well by the end. 9/10
