drew is the most gorgeous person on this planet

First of all, Luca Guadagnino is one of my favorite directors… but this ain’t it.

It doesn’t really know where it’s going. Most of the second half was magical surrealism and it was a bit unnecessary, I kind of hate writing this because Guadagnino went hit after hit and then unfortunately this one came.

I can’t really blame it all on him though, unfortunately A24 which again, I love, is playing its cards improperly; what was once I very respectable indie production house which capitalized on the weird and bold with purpose, was then bought by a trust fund for billions and now needs to make money for them, the answer? Weird and bold without purpose.
