Marmalade

"What is real, and what is fake?" Just when I thought I figured things out, I was proved wrong. Twist after twist. I'm sitting here rethinking the whole thing. Who is who? what is what? I don't think I'll ever understand it truly, but that's what makes this a phenomenal ride. The acting and emotion were so intriguing. The soundtrack, locations, filming, editing, was so well executed. I was unsure at first, but my eyes and ears couldn't leave the screen. The pacing was kind of slow, but the anticipation to know what's going on just grew. Amazing and underrated message and plot, without a doubt.

Out of all the 66 movies I have watched this year this has to be my top 10 of 2024

I started off not liking marmalade because I was so frustrated, but at the end jaw was dropped in disbelief. I was blown away by the unexpected plot twist after plot twists. And oh gosh, don’t get me started on the ticket scene. SOO SWEET AND ADORABLE

Great ensemble. Very fun script with great twists and turns carried ably and shot well. A fun softly dark little crime comedy/mystery that is well worth your time.

It was boring at the beginning and I didn’t think I’d enjoy it but after the plot twist I became awake and enjoyed it
