Tough movie, real life shit a lot of other movies stay away from.

Bro I really just shed a tear watching this. I’m hungover af which made this movie even more depressing but the story telling in it was so good. Casey Affleck was was amazing.

Extremely overrated. Yes the acting was good, the portrayal of grief and loss, and not being able to move on was really good, but apart from that what else was there. No action, extremely slow dialogue and plot. Just a very dull movie. Only scene I liked was the police scene.

incredible acting from both casey and lucas. lovedd the cinematography and framing especially like so much, music too. the poster pisses me off for some reason lol, she was barely in the movie, i thought the movie was about their relationship but its not, not really anyway.

Pretty funny.

Hard to “love” this movie because of how devastating it is, but few films offer so precise a portrayal of grief, loss, and consequences. Affleck is a force here.
