I Used to Be Funny

I really like this kind of movies that make you feel comfortable and feel like you could actually be friends with the characters

It’s uncommon to find this type of humor that doesn’t feel too forced and scripted (even if it is)

I also NEED more movies starring rachel senott

Rachel Sennott has RANGE!!!! A bit slow and confusing at the start but once things were revealed, everything started to make sense and the way everything came together at the end was beautiful, the movie is wonderfully shot and very simplistic in execution which I admire, the story hit HARRD and the soundtrack was great!! This was a good watch and I enjoyed it!!

'I Used to Be Funny' is raw, real, and deeply relatable for anyone who’s just trying to get through it, hang onto the good, and make sense of things that don’t make sense.

so intense and sad. the characters feel like real people in this which is very refreshing. the soundtrack was so so good (2 phoebe bridgers songs and an adrianne lenker song!). rachel really portrayed ptsd in a very realistic way. i loved the back and forth with the flashbacks

im not funny anymore .

this movie is a masterpiece will forever think about this.
