Imagine me watching Frankenstein and Nosferatu very close together and finally getting round to watching possibly one of the most influential movies of all time and it being an absolute massive disappointment as the characters aren’t endearing not to mention it’s poor pacing 5/10

so beautifully eerie, i love how dracula can so seamlessly go from incredibly charming and alluring to creepy and malicious, such a great film, i loved dracula, renfield and mina very much, the story was told so wonderfully

A sublimated ghost story related with all surface seriousness and above all with a remarkably effective background of creepy atmosphere.

the imagery in this is so hauntingly beautiful!!

Unmistakably classic in every way. A lot of remakes have made this their own, but the original will always hold the title of the GOAT. May be the best of the Universal Monsters.
