way better than the main series about geralt, this concept was beautifully portrait and is not as inaccurate, sad it's a miniseries and it doesn't last longer

The whole thing subtracts rather than adds to the world of The Witcher. The series is underwhelming because of the potential of it all. The action sequences and choreography stand out, but the script and the relationship fall flat.

I see why there are only four episodes. Spending a bucket load on familiar names and semi-spectacular visuals for only guaranteed views. Even with that, it fails to do the minimum. The acting is half good, spoilt with rushed writing that hurries from one 'peak' to another. It's constant information dropping mixed in with silly, washed-out emotional pulls that make almost no sense for characters I know nothing about. The music is head-achingly annoying and the dialogue is only cringe clichés. People calling this woke need a dictionary because this is basic money grabbing, low effort = high return.
