SNL50: Beyond Saturday Night

Beautiful.

I love SNL even though most of my favorites have all left now. Kristen Wiig, Bill Hader, Maya Rudolph, Jason Sudeikis, Aidy Bryant, Fred Armisen, Cecily Strong, Kate Mckinnon, Vanessa Bayer, Beck Bennet, Pete Davidson, Mikey Day, Melissa Villaseñor, and a ton more. I couldn't begin to name every host and skit I love because there's just way too many. Unsurprisingly, they're the generation I grew up on, but there's definitely fans for the older and newer members. Some episodes make you want to fold, and some are so good you can't stop smiling, but it's worth the risk every Sunday morning. 50 years is a milestone and this documentary does NOT do it justice. 4 hours of stuff existing fans knew with only a few people we've missed. 1 episode worth of 'beyond' and 3 stuck in 'before'.
