It’s funny and sweet and sometimes heartbreaking.
Ignore the final season that tried to add new cast members. Other than that, it’s near perfect.👍🏻👍🏻

Except the last season when they turned sacred heart into a learning hospital. You really don’t see Carla or Elliot as much and to me they made it funny. They should’ve ended the series when jd left and went to the other hospital at the end of season 8. But it will forever be one

Great up until the last season

It is the most accurate medical TV show when it comes to the general working conditions. The humour is a bit over the top sometimes, but as the intro says "I'm no superman", the new interns are no extraordinary genius but just normal people and I love that about the show.
