Absolutely fantastic series! Someone who enjoys history, I found some points of view surprising and as much as I know about the Civil War, there’s always little details that we forget or look. Great actors! Totally worth the binge.

I was bored at first but then it got interesting enough that I liked it. Historically it’s on point but as usually the book is far better. Acting was decent however I could see others doing better for Lincoln and some of the other characters.

This story covers the days leading up to Lincoln’s assassination as well as the manhunt that our county faced to catch John Wilks Booth. It told the story of why and who all occastrated the killing and who helped JWB in his initial escape.

I gave this series a strong 9.3 bags of 🍿 as it was one of the best overall shows I’ve seen in a while. The acting I thought was really good as well as the cinematography of it being old settings but with a more modern touch to where it becomes artistic. If you like this era this is a MUST WATCH and if you don’t, watch it anyways. Simply great work!
