Made in Abyss

The series is definitely A LOT more deep, depressing, and disturbing than meets the eye. Only critique is that some of the episodes kind of dragged and I felt like they should have been made shorter. Had my crying at the end of the season though

Don’t let the child like animation fool you, there’s so much depth here. I watched the entire first season on a plane and was entranced the whole time. Great characters and world building and excited to see where it goes from here.

The worldbuilding and universe is outstanding and captivating, kids mention softcore sexual topics however which feels weird. Anyway you should watch it

The storyline and the world building is fantastic. Hope they make another season because there are too many mysteries.
