Five Days at Memorial

The government failed them. The corporations that owned both hospitals failed them. Leaders of the hospital failed them by not having proper emergency plans. And all of that caused the deaths that happened there. And they all should own up to it even the ones on their high horses

That was CRAZY. the first five episodes were buildup for the last episodes. GOT ME CRYIN. I’ve been emotional all the last episodes and confused about who is right and who is wrong. I hope no one experience what happened in Memorial again.

This was such a heartbreaking story. I had no idea any of this happened as I was only about 2 during this time, and learning about it really made it sink in on how bad Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath really was. I hope nothing like this happens again
