Dune: Prophecy

Really interesting show. Half of me thinks it’s very impressive and the other half is kinda meh on it. Can be slow at parts and very repetitive but that fits in line with the 2 Denis movies. Overall, this entire new Dune saga is very strange for me. I know both films are technically really good, but at the same time when I’m watching them I’m kind of indifferent to everything happening. That’s how this show is as well. Still giving it a thumbs up but it’s not gonna crack my top 5 shows of 2024 at all

Wow, god I love anything Dune related. Such an interesting show and so cool to go into it with all of the knowledge I have from the Dune movies about these families and how things end up in 10,000 years. I hope hbo max keeps feeding me more dune content while I wait for the third movie.

I had high hopes with this series because I really enjoyed the Dune movies made, however I would find my attention drifting at times when watching this series and it’s not something I would rush to watch again if ever.
