Transphobic. I understand that this movie came out in the late 70’s, however, the way the trans/queer characters are talked about is done in an incredibly ignorant way. Using words like “Transexual” and “transvestite.” As well as demonizing queer culture. 0/10 would not recommend

I cannot even put into words how much I love this movie. All I can say is just Frank N Furter made me feel so much safer to be trans and just different in general 🏳️‍⚧️❤️ I still go to midnight screenings whenever they pop up in my town!!!

Love it. Tim Curry is phenomenal, Richard O’Brien was amazing, his writing for this film was great. Had good theming with some amazing songs and acting.
