not as relatable as i expected it to be, considering it deals with such universal themes. i think a lot of media forgets that 90% of viewers don’t have intergenerational wealth, though i understand it can be appealing to watch and steep yourself into such lives.

another wildly intellectual baumbach feature full of jarring moments, charismatic characters, wonderful dialogue, and disjointed everything else, but in the best way possible. honestly hilarious and thoroughly enjoyable the whole way through. finally a great ben stiller character
