I remember this ending of this movie with the “this land is your land” thing so vividly bc they would rerun this all the time and then it stopped being run and I think now that I’m older I can understand just how problematic it is but like it’s still so nostalgic

When he started singing a patriotic song at the end, I cringed so bad I almost exploded. Insane movie.

Imagine making a movie about diversity and Ireland and using every cliches known to humankind and ending the movie with a patriotic song telling people how proud u are to be American. Well if it’s sounds interesting, this movie is for you
