The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim

THIS WAS SO FREAKING GOOD. Forced my mom to join me even though she isn’t a lover of anime-esque things she even loved it when she planned on falling asleep 😂

I didn’t know whether to rate it “Meh” or “Like”. The animation medium worked quite well for telling a story of Middle Earth in my opinion, but the storytelling could have been better 🙃 My friend summed the movie up quite nicely as we left the theatre: men!!

6/10 it was good but would have been better if used the 1978 animation technique (minus the live footage) as that show more emotion in there faces. Liked the story and love the LOTR universe.

This movie had many things to like in the first two-thirds, the ending was so full of plotholes though. It was sad that the ending made absolutely no sense.

Despite the poor reviews I still had high hopes for this film. It turned out to be too slow for my liking, especially for an anime.
