I love disturbing movies or thrillers, movies that make you think etc but this wasn’t that great. I didn’t dislike it, but it just dragged on and wasn’t all that interesting

pretty good, very messed up and the explanation of the movie made it so much better and make a lot more sense

Understanding the allegory at play here definitely makes for a much more interesting watch. Barry was born to play a creepy little weirdo. Great performances all around. I was locked in from the start.

When you have the protagonist tell their 6 year old son that “when I was a kid I jerked off my dad until he ejaculated. I’ve never told anyone that before”, you should probably steer clear. There was nothing r figure out, no plot twist and these characters showed no emotion. Bad
