The Evil Dead

Do people really like this movie or do they just think they have to say they like it to be considered true horror movie fans? I don’t get it. It’s terrible. It’s not even one of those “so bad it’s good” movies.

- I love horror and not a lot scares me, but this is genuinely one of the most terrifying films I’ve ever seen
- Ash is fineee so that helped
- Proof you don’t need the special effects we have today to make a scary film
- All the characters are stupid, but that’s to be expected

2/10 gave me the biggest headache ever that bitch making the same screeching laugh noise over and over was so annoying i literally had to skip through the parts where the possessed bitches were screaming cuz it was so irritating 🤣😭

I remember the basement scene from scary movie so well, terrified me when I was younger. now if I just saw the original source I wouldn't be phased. amazing gore for this time. I gotta say, such stupid teens. missed opportunities for scares. not great writing. obvi

Pretty crap storyline not much development just attempted jump, scares and act making bad decisions lol understand it’s a classic though

love the effects towards the end and the tone but i was bored for most of it tbh
