What an iconic film! Great acting and great plot twist!

9.5/10 One of the best films ever made, a classic for film buffs and goths alike. Conrad Veidt is an icon before his time, Francis and Alan are probably the first account of “bury your gays” 😭 but I still adored every moment of this film.

There's not a whole lot you can say about a film like this that hasn't been said a million times by a million people. 9/10

Yes i came here after Nick Cage said it was his top 3 movies ever in UWOMT. It is exactly as youd expect a black and white silent german film would be. One you need to really just watch and see the story vs listening and reacting. Not for everyone
