Sad, but woke

I watched this after reading the book at my middle school, I know it isn’t based on a true story
But it’s kind of depressing to know that stuff like this actually happens in Afghanistan

An absolutely incredible film and story as well as a moving insight into what is the reality for many, many people and families no doubt. Even just beyond the story of this film, the animation is wonderfully done.
