Watched this in a film studies class and have never been more bored watching a movie. I know it’s extremely influential and critically acclaimed but I just couldn’t get through it

I watched this in French and found it to be a good insight into French cinema

the amazing coming-of-age film that revolutionized the genre and and paved the way for some of my favorite creators, masterful cinematography, writing and performances make for a tragic and engrossing watch throughout. superb
