you know how when you wake up if you lick your fingers you get that nasty salty taste in your mouth that lingers until you eat cereal or drink something? that's basically the taste this movie left in my mouth. On top of that it's the most depressing thing i've seen. And confusing

i would have to watch this 100 times to be able to rate it 1-10. maybe the most melancholy and depressing movie of all time. incredibly confusing and complex, surreal. charlie kaufman is the best ever at what he does. i feel different after watching this. “everyone is everyone”..

Long and pointless

the definition of a misunderstood masterpiece. while brutally sad and uncomfortable, this is charlie kaufman at his boldest and most ambitious with a powerful script and beautifully surreal atmosphere. philip seymour hoffman is perfect, as always. creative freedom at its best

the layers and depth make this an interesting watch.
