9.5/10. Makoto Shinkai does it again with another artistic delight that not only breaks my soul but also drives my hunger for more content by him. I’m going to give his past works a revisit

The visuals and music are 10/8, stories 10/5 feels like a short movie extended to a long one, the main female character 10/0 weak, dump, and she hurt little kitty😡.

Pretty good. Not my favorite Japanese animation film. Beautiful visuals. Pretty interesting story. But felt a bit long, like it kept dragging on. The implied romance between Suzume and Souta felt weird/forced (she only knew him for a few days and 95% of the time he was a chair??)

It was amazing everything about it was amazing whoever did the art for this should be awarded

Absolutely gorgeous with pieces that will likely be remembered for generations to come. Connecting lost places with the good they once held, rather than it just being lost, is something we often forget to do.
