Charlotte is "meh" on
Sudden Impact
As the fourth installment in the franchise, it doesn't quite measure up to the first three. The significant time jump from the mid-'70s to the early '80s is evident in the changes to the editing, soundtrack, & cinematography, which hasn't necessarily improved. However, it's not bad enough to dismiss entirely, & I wouldn't mind watching it again. Overall, I'd say it's just "meh."
