Basically a “free” therapy session from possibly one of the best psychiatrists

I think a lot of people view therapy as something it isn’t, and this movie seems helpful in changing that. The movie just felt like I was in the room with them.
I also liked how over the focus slowly became a more collaborative process between the two, rather than an interview.
