Stand by Me

It’s been a while, but from what I can remember, one kid had his d*ck sucked by a ravenous leech (consent?), one thought it would be funny to stand in front of a speeding train, and two other kids had to witness all of this. Basically all of them need therapy.

Another childhood favorite of mine that’s highly quotable and I always lowkey wanted to be there even though it would have been so traumatizing but it’s just a classic and can never be done the same again.

one of the best coming of age films i’ve watched. it’s gonna warm your heart and make you laugh; i love how each kid has their own story and completes the others so well.
i just wish i’d have watched it when i was younger, i think it would’ve had a bigger impact on me.
