Spy Kids: Armageddon

100% watched this for Zachary Levi.

good but not better than the original

For a kids' movie, this is excellent. The casting and acting were great, as well as the story and action. Reminded me of past spy kids movies. The jokes were funny enough for a kid audience, although I did laugh afew times. For a Spy Kids movie, though, it was mediocre. It had no 'iconic' side like past movies. It just felt like a "We need money? We have spy kids." type of project. The cgi could have been a lot better, unlike the messages, which were made more than clear. Great for families, especially because of the dynamics.

You get the silly childish humor and fast-paced energy you’d expect from a kid’s movie so I think kids will love these movies. However, for adults looking for a good movie, it's just not funny, has cartoony effects, by the numbers plot, and is highly predictable.

The consistency ends with this movie. Bad cgi in a bad way. Did not feel like it belonged with the other movies.
