Snow White and the Huntsman

In-between a low-quality script with high-quality visuals. I forgot how good this was because the last time I watched it I was around 9. Don't know much about Snow White but I nearly always look forward to watching adaptations on classic stories. The cast was a plus, Charlize had so much potential if it wasn't for the dialogue. It just didn't pair up with the phenomenal effects. 2 hours wasn't enough either as the characters felt randomly thrown in with no actual connection. Hated the dwarves. I'd say it had everything you want from fantasy but the underdeveloped and rushed script/pacing became too apparent and lost me.

7/10 Visual affects carry this movie a long way but still great character lore & acting
Chris with the narration was a great touch & alwys a fan of dark fatansy flims.
Up there with Jack the Giant Slayer/ Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters/ Dracula Untold

Mucho mejor que la original de Disney, con toda la fantasía, los enanitos, la magia y una historia mejorada sin hacer cosas raras. ASÍ se hace un retelling.

I only like it cause a dark twist on a fairy tale is a really hard thing to ruin, though BOY were they trying...
