Seven Brides for Seven Brothers

This movie is absolutely ridiculous from beginning to end, but I cannot help but watch it. I have loved it for years and frequently get the music stuck in my head. There is no way this movie would fly in today’s culture, but considering when it was made it is a masterpiece. 10/10

this is one of the worst movies I've ever seen, that being said I've watched it multiple times and have had a lot of fun ripping it to shreds every time. It's a great movie to put on just to laugh at how hideously misogynistic it is

One of the most prolific musicals of this time and one that’s a very dated watch. Songs are solid but forgettable but the colour grading is particularly nice to look at. It’s decently funny and well-paced but not really for me

It’s been so long since I watched this movie and it’s literally so wild. Like they literally kidnap the girls. But I still love it it’s so good.
