Super odd & goofy yet clever at the same time. Highly recommend for a fun movie night but I am confused w/ the ending in terms of Maddie though so someone who has seen it pls help😂

7.4 - solid directorial debut for Jake Johnson. Pretty much what you’d expect based off his body of work. Could have been a multi episode Nick Miller arc. Lots of charming performances. Missing a level of risk & the ending falls a bit flat, but it’s very worth a stream!

Leave it to Jake Johnson to bring back the knee-slapper comedy. Unexpected and unpredictable with a mildly lackluster ending. Still enjoyed the ride especially because it felt like a modern Truman show of sorts.

It had its funny moments, it was also a unique storyline, i love how he did seem like he was out of his mind but tbh the movie doesn’t stand out (and thats okay, some movies are just nice to watch and move on)

Overall a good, funny and quick (but unmemorable) watch 6/10
