Saturday Night

I loved it I’m completely biased because I love snl and its intense history. I think the pacing was so fun, all the actors did a great job, and all the characters were perfectly likeable/hateable. The only real flaw is the dated comedy because it’s dated in the 70s. RB score 8/10

This movie perfectly captures the chaotic 90 minutes leading up to the first SNL episode. Even though we know the show becomes successful you worry and feel for this group of misfits and underdogs. Stellar performances across the board and the comedy is on point.

Dylan O’Brien in short shorts and Rachel Sennott with curly hair. Amen. Hallelujah. (Really good movie, super funny)

great cast, great acting, great direction - just not at all what the trailer made it seem to be (events leading up to the premiere, not post-premiere)

It was interesting to see how the first Saturday Night Live started. I can’t believe they doubted it since it has now been on for 50 years. If you like Saturday Night Live, this is a movie worth watching.
