Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken

Felt like a combination of Turning Red and some weird Dreamworks retaliation against the Little Mermaid. Decent one time watch but I feel like they gave it all away in the trailer.

With a clunky plot, lackluster third act battle, and a “twist villain” that was revealed in the trailer, the film came out very boring.

it was cute, little underwhelming and boring at times but still really good. i personally like that it’s something new and different than just a typical kids movie. loved the ending and soundtrack especially blackpinks song🫠

It was exactly like turning red but with a Moana setting and ending.

Definitely a good movie for all, and of course, I'm a sucker for the wonderful colors ❤️ Loved the plot and how they essentially flipped the script, how mermaids are evil and krakens are nice.
Did NOT expect the twist at all! I will definitely be watching it again!

Okkk... sure. DreamWorks do you remember making How to Train your Dragon? No? okay well, you certainly remember boss baby then by the looks of this film...
