Doesn’t just show her escaping but it shows how hard it is to cope with trauma after it happens. Some parts were boring but I feel like people forget that the problem isn’t over even after she escapes.

This movie is complete garbage idk how it is so famous

I liked how it was mostly if not all through the kids perspective, i thought that was really interesting but other than that i think this film is a bit tasteless. The scene with the kid in the trunk gives me anxiety even on rewatch and brie larson is amazing.
