This movie follows a mother and son and how they both have artificial happiness brought on by substance abuse. How long can they stay happy and what will be the cost? This is a movie of just how dark artificial happiness can be.

I give this movie 6.0 bags of 🍿 as for its time it is a dark film but nowhere near the darkness I’ve seen. I never watched it during its time but the test of time has fallen short for me. I enjoyed it for what it’s worth but just not one that I would of liked as much as i would of if I watched it when it was released. It’s an OK movie.
