Pretty brutal movie. Doesn’t pull any punches when it comes to brutal aspects of Vietnam war also, I didn’t even notice that Johnny Depp was in the movie till the credits

It’s decent; I found myself more invested in Willem Dafoe's character than the main one. There are a few gritty scenes that add a nice touch, but overall, it didn't live up to the hype.
