Overlord

8/10. Not usually a fan of war movies, but the film had me hooked from the opening scene. The scene where the main character discovered the ‘experiments’ was fantastic, loved the effects and the effed up designs of what had happened to these people

The WW2 and zombie genres was not a combination I was expecting to enjoy as much as I did here. It was a bit ridiculous at points, but most of the horror was very subtle and effective.

A mix of WW2 action-packed movie with endearing characters & zombies (not too cliché, I think they had their own identity kinda).

It took a while for me to get interested or hooked into this movie but the end was good.
