Orion and the Dark

the movie was pretty dark at some points (do you get it)

Cute little story about overcoming a very rational fear of the dark. Kind of felt like Inside Out - instead of emotions there are “night entities” that hold duties to help people sleep, or keep them up. Gets a little jumbled towards the end with the time traveling, but overall 👌🏾

I love storytellers telling stories about stories and storytelling. The animation and soundtrack felt refreshingly energetic. Especially with the beautiful visual imagery. The story itself turned into too much too fast, but I can't complain because the messaging was wonderful, I think. Although being targeted to a younger audience, I don't think many kids would like this for the creepiness. Some designs and ideas were a lot better than others, but all in all, I'd say the writing, voice acting, animation, and soundtrack made this a fun watch.

Seemed a bit disjointed at the end, but I loved the colors and I will definitely be watching this one again! ❤️

Honestly need to rewatch and I think not good for my kids yet but tbd

Me la vi pensando que sería fácil de entender, pero no lo fue. Me perdí cuando empezaron a meter a los hijos y al final no supe realmente saber si algo de todo do la película era real (dentro de la película ) y otra duda es el Orión estaba casado con La Niña o no?
