Opus

A great addition to films in this sub genre.

This film reminded me very much of Jordan Peele’s Get Out, Ari Aster’s Midsommar, & most recently Zoë Kravitz’s Blink Twice. The story wasn’t executed quite as well as those films but it was still a good story overall.

Great cast.

They never circled back to the whole bush shaving thing

This movie surprised me in the sense that i didn’t think I’d enjoy it this much! Sure it doesn’t bring anything new to the cult genre of film but that doesn’t make it any less enjoyable imo 🤷🏽‍♂️

I’m usually a fan of the whole stranded on an island with a billionaire type trope but this one disappointed. Good concept bad execution.
