Cinematic masterpiece 🫶🏻🤩

Didn't expect to like this but watched in advance of Oscars. Pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed it. Cooper is excellent. 30 mins too long.

First half was very dragged out.

A slow burner about greed and manipulation. Doesn't feel like a Del Toro movie which is probably why it flopped in the box office. Everybody delivers great acting performances.

Full circle moment. I kept expecting for the circus guy to make him become the monster. But alas it was another guy. Very interesting movie
