Nightcrawler

One of the hardest movies to grade. On the one hand, this movie is unique and raw, with a superb acting performance by Jake Gyllenhaal; on the other hand, it’s a tough watch with a very abrupt ending. Definitely not a must see, but I’ll be thinking about this movie for a while

Jake Gyllenhaal is perfect in all his roles in any movie, so what can we expect other than greatness, a magnificence movie that I recommend. 8.5/10

Reasons why I liked the film..... It dared to show and indirectly denounce cynicism, gluttony, cannibalism and extreme careerism in the television industry and by extension in the workplace.. There is another film from the old Network with similar themes but this one surpassed it.. I am amazed as we place such films in the European space.
The camera focuses on the faces and these close-ups with the dominant gaze are one of the film's strengths.
I thank those who chose it for screening in this space. 08/10 👍‼️🆘👍😜
