why is this actually good?

I Remember liking this as a child but rewatching it I just don’t feel like it was great. Sherman and Peabody had a cute relationship and the jokes were corny but cute I just feel like I wouldn’t watch it again. Penny pissed me off.

I remember there being a scene of the dog licking peanut butter for a unnecessary amount of time but then I watched it back and it wasn’t there biggest disappointment ever

Really solid movie that works great on both a kid level and for adults with little jokes and puns littered throughout.
